Eric Gross is a Principal at PPCM and leads the firm's Capital Formation. Eric brings over 25 years experience managing investments in real estate, hospitality, and technology. Prior to forming PPCM, he served on the Board of Directors for Hudson Bay Company and was a Portfolio Manager of Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisors.

Ardnt Nicklisch is a Principal at PPCM and serves as the groups CIO. Arndt has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and development. Before joining PPCM, he was the Chief Investment Officer for the James Campbell Company, and held various roles at Amstar, Colony Capital, and Boston Properties.

Alex Gornik is a Principal at PPCM and serves as the Head of Acquisitions. Alex has over 10 years experience in real estate investing, asset management, and development. Before forming PPCM, he was the Investment Director of an $8.0B portfolio for a privately held New York developer, and held various roles at Spaxel, JBG Smith, Ackman Ziff.
